Ibn Abbas relates that the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, said: "The scholars of my community are of two kinds. One is the man to whom God Most High has granted knowledge: he teaches this knowledge, a divine gift, to people as far as he knows it, wants nothing in return and does not sell it for a small price.
